Site is wet but it is winter and has not stopped raining for months

Truly awful service. We tried ringing ahead and nobody answered the phone. We left a message and nobody rang back. We turned up in person… and were turned away after being told they were closed despite it being in hours and people were standing around. Would give no stars if I could. Especially when the boat needed power and services this is abysmal customer service.
